1 Вводные замечания

Русский и англ. варианты будут отдельны. Пока получился смешанный вариант.

На данный момент сделана очень подробная анкета, которая с одной стороны позволит собрать всю необходимую библиографическую информацию, а с другой – может отпугнуть своей сложностью потенциальных авторов. Надо решить, что нам важнее. Частично все усложняется из-за необходимости обеспечить полноценное двуязычное описание работы.

Комментарии я пока не правил и оставил те, что были изначально в софте.

Синим – добавления к тексту, изначально заложенному в софт ePrint,
красным – замечания и вопросы,
желтой заливкой – пожелания к программисту.

Нумерация заголовков соответствует их первоначальному расположению в ePrints. Первая цифра соотвествует странице, вторая разделу на странице. Заголовки без нумерации добавлены мной.

Первая страница – Общая

2.1. Title *

The title of the item. The title should not end with a full stop, but may end with a question mark. There is no way to make italic text, please enter it normally. If you have a subtitle, it should be preceded with a colon [:]. Use capitals only for the first word and for proper nouns.

If this work is being deposited by its own author do not change names appeared. – тут хорошо бы сделать функцию, чтоб само собой появлялось имя того, кто залогинился.

If author's name(s) is not in Latin characters please provide its preferable transliteration with Latin letters. – Надо ли или пусть стрейнджеры учат кириллицу?

Тут надо сделать список стран, так чтобы по умолчанию была выделена страна, которая указана основной для данного человека (хотя если последнее сложно, можно и так). – Нужно ли это поле вообще?

Draft - open to discussion and refinement	Черновик - (Draft) работы, т.е. то, что публикуется для обсуждения и ознакомления, а потом будет заменено на исправленный и дополненный вариант – нужен ли этот последний вариант или объединить с е-принтом?

1. Eprint type *

Please select the type that corresponds for your work most appropriately | Выберите тип, который наиболее сооветствует вашей работе. Или опять слишком подробно? Может оставить 3-4 типа?

Тут лучше сделать такие кружочки напротив тех вариантов, которые можно выбирать (они выделены синим). На кружочек кликаешь и он отмечается. Весь список пусть вылезает сразу, просто в таком структурированном виде.

Please select as many subject categories as you need, but try to not overload. You may select subject only of the second level.

Отдельно РУБРИКАТОР по областям лингвистики и отдельно по языкам.

Выбор рубрик надо сделать не как линки для нажимания, а как поля, где можно отмечать галочками (или крестиками или еще чем), а обрабатываться пусть будет после нажатия кнопки NEXT>.

А сам список рубрик идеально сделать так: сразу выводится список первого уровня с плюсиками напротив тех рубрик, которые дальше раскрываются. Если надо нажимаешь на плюсик, и раскрывается список подрубрик (уже загруженный, но скрытый до поры до времени).

Вопрос еще такой: что потом легче – разбить рубрику на несколько или объединить несколько в одну?

9.2. Language of the document

Please indicate the primary language of this document. – Нужно ли это поле вообще?

Я бы сделал два списка: 1) Русский / Англ; 2) Все остальное

Но может и не надо. Вообще сможем ли мы, скажем, сделав небольшой список, потом добавлять без лишних сложностей, новые языки? Если да – то я бы с ходу добавил украинский, японский и китайский, а скандинавские бы поубирал, а остальное пусть как есть.

Потом, названия языков конечно должны быть на соотв. языке. Как это часто и делается. Для начала хотя бы русский и украинский. А для Other наверно должна быть опция – "укажите какой именно".

5. Abstract and Keywords

3. Publication Information

Эта таблица выбора соответствующих полей в зависимости от типа работы, указанных на первой странице.

Плюсики с заливкой – обязательные поля.

Плюсики без заливки – возможные поля.

Если это будет сложно сделать такой выбор полей, то можно в принципе забить и спрашивать всю информацию с указанием того, для каких случаев она актуальна, либо в крайнем случае сделать два варианта: для опубликованных (и поданных) работ и для неопубликованных. Это наиболее приниципиальная разница.

Придется видимо разрабатывать какую-то систему автоматической транслитерации русских выходных данных латиницей, не требовать же от всех чтобы они вводили название издательства и проч. сначала по-русски, а потом латиницей!
